Byldd is a company that helps domain-expert founders in need of technical assistance, launch their startup businesses, get them introduced to investors, and help them generate revenue.
Founders associated with Byldd have been backed by companies like Google, made millions in revenue, and raised tens of millions in VC funding.
According to CEO and founder, Ayush Singhvi, Byldd’s mission is simple: to democratize software entrepreneurship by making it accessible and less capital-intensive for non-technical founders to kickstart their tech businesses.
There have been known accounts of founders investing hundreds of thousands of dollars and spending months with dev agencies only to end up with unusable products. Singhvi believes that investing such large amounts of money is the wrong approach for founders, as their only goal is to be in front of customers as fast as possible. Which is why they drop their prices to as low as under ten thousand dollars to be able to sell their products within a month.
Singhvi aims to solve founders’ pain points by attracting paying customers quickly. He has made sure that Byldd’s approach is laser-focused on building revenue and investment. The idea is to guide the founders into reaching the market and put their products in front of the customers as soon as possible. He, along with his team, then puts all his efforts into seeking instant revenue and feedback.
After the first launch, the founders are led to follow a more iterative approach, using real customer feedback to drive their future product development and make adjustments.
Singhvi came to notice a recurring problem during his time leading product teams. He saw how founders with no technical background were often forced to squander their resources on products that the market didn’t respond to. They lacked partners to help prioritize what was important and avoid common pitfalls in tech product development.
Recognizing this need, he founded Byldd in 2019. Starting with just one engineer. He has since expanded his business into a team of fifty-five professionals, generating over a million dollars annually helping founders launch their products and helping their portfolio companies scale after launch.

Before Byldd, Singhvi worked at early-stage companies in various product roles, from junior developer to CTO, helping founders build and launch their tech companies. He has built MVPs, brought them to market, and navigated the challenges of growing enough users to generate revenue.
At his last position before Byldd, he led the engineering team at SixPlus, scaling it from three hundred thousand dollars to ten million within three years with the same headcount.
After that, Singhvi wanted to leverage his expertise to help non-technical founders build successful companies. He used his passion for technology, business, and entrepreneurship to aid and launch over forty businesses. Many founders associated with Byldd were able to get into YCombinator and Google Ventures, raising millions in funding.
Singhvi explained how he began by diving deep to understand the product vision, product strategy and industry and competitor analysis. These sessions helped him identify the problem he’s now solving with his team. This allowed him to recognize and pinpoint his beachhead clients and define the scope of their products.
Once the target audience is identified, the Byldd team defines user stories, creates user journeys, and develops low and high-fidelity wireframes. The development phase begins once the wireframes are finalized, with weekly demo calls and access to a demo app for the founder to interact with the product.
After development, the founders are assisted with marketing, reaching their target audience and securing initial paying customers, whose feedback drives further product development and helps validate the business. This validation is crucial for approaching angels and seed-stage VCs for fundraising.

Byldd’s growth has been remarkable. It has grown from a small side project into a team of over fifty-five people, including engineers, product managers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and more. Their biggest success, however, is the number of founders who continue to work with them after launching their products. With zero churn and over forty revenue-generating businesses launched, they're proud of the impact they’ve had on their clients’ success.
